Collision leaves 18 injured in Isipingo
The taxi and truck collided on Prospecton Road in Isipingo.
Eighteen people, including four children, were injured when a taxi and a truck collided on Prospecton Road in Isipingo on Monday, 3 July at about 3.30pm.
“Paramedics found 18 people had been injured, including four small children,” said Rescue Care operations manager, Ceron Lennox.
“More ambulances were called to assist and once all of the injured had been stabilised on the scene, they were transported to various Durban hospitals.”
The cause of the collision is unknown, however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigate further.
