Adopt a healthy lifestyle at free Amanzimtoti boot camp

The camp offers a fun, inspirational way for people to get together and get moving.

MOTHER of five, Estelle Stoltz (33) and her husband Renier invites you to join their boot camp, which is offered twice a week at Amanzimtoti Sports Centre, free of charge.

Speaking about the initiative, Estelle said, “I started my own journey towards living a healthy active lifestyle and realised there is a desperate need for people, like me, to get active.

“My number one passion is to help people, stemming from my varsity education in psychology. I personally have never related to the typical ‘personal trainer’, as they’ve spent their lives in fitness. It just seemed like they didn’t understand the struggles I was facing related to working out or being active.”

Estelle’s husband Renier is a passionate and experienced rugby player, making his knowledge on training and fitness great.

All ages enjoy working their bodies and burning off stress at the evening bootcamp sessions.

Estelle explained that 24FITCLUB – Toti BootCamp is a fun, inspirational way for people to get together and get moving. “It’s a place where people can get free motivation, fitness and nutrition education. It’s free of charge for one simple reason, so that there’s no excuse to get active,” she said.

The boot camp is offered at the Amanzimtoti Sports Centre on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm until 6pm.
“Teaching our children how to live a healthy lifestyle by example is so important. Many exclude their young ones and make their workouts an ‘alone time’ thing,” she added.

Estelle welcomes all members of the family and community to join in.

The fitness enthusiast started off at Hutchison park rugby field but may move it around, adding beach workouts, hiking trails and more.
“We’re going to start four week cycles soon, keeping people engaged and committed,” she said. ” We’ll do a little fitness assessment in the beginning, by means of a timed run, timed sit-ups and push-ups.”

Members of all ages and fitness levels make their way down to the Hutchinson Park grounds for Estelle’s free bootcamp evenings offered twice a week.
