Don’t let adverse weather spoil your Mother’s Day plans

Mother’s Day looks set to be a wet and dreary one with the Weather SA site reporting heavy rains the whole weekend.

Saturday and Sunday will see a 60% chance of rain, with Saturday reaching a high of 17 degrees and Sunday a high of 18 degrees. Some 40mm of rain is expected to fall on Sunday.

But not all is lost on Mother’s Day as a little rain should not stop you from spoiling your mum.

Instead of taking her to the park for a Mother’s Day picnic, create a picnic scene indoors with a bottle of wine, good food and chilled music.
