COMMUNITY based planning (CBP) for ward 97 will be conducted during the weekends of 18 and 19 March and 25 and 26 March from 9am to 4pm.
This four-day exercise allows ward committee members, members of the community, representatives of interest groups (such as a conservancy, women, sport, religion, welfare) to be taken through a process and afforded both interaction and recommendations towards the municipality’s Integrated Development Plan (IDP), with specific focus on the ward within which they reside.
Residents/organisations are encouraged to forward their details for participation to andreb@skytec.co.za. Venue details will be confirmed shortly.
