THE Metro Police and a chemical spill management team has closed the Moss Kolnick on-ramp while the wreck of the tanker is cleared.
They are working to mitigate the oil spill on the on-ramp surface and tow trucks are removing the wreck. Motorists are advised to use the alternative route on to the N2 northbound, such as the Dickens Road on-ramp at Athlone Park or Adams Road.
N2 northbound is unobstructed.
