A 40-year old quad biker was hospitalised after he came off his bike in Umkomaas on Saturday morning, 14 January.
A rider and a group of friends were traveling off-road when he came off the bike.
Netcare 911 paramedics were called to the scene and found the 40-year-old lying on the ground with serious injuries. Netcare 911’s advanced life support paramedic stabilised the injured man before transporting him to a Durban hospital.
