Dinner dance to fund Hospice

There will be great entertainment and good food.

Enjoy a dinner dance at Scottburgh Town Hall on Saturday, 22 October and help raise much-needed funds for Khanya Hospice.

“Shereen Paul, a well-known and respected woman in Scottburgh, has yet again taken on the challenge to do a fundraising event for us,” said Khanya Hospice CEO, Neil McDonald.

Last year Shereen and her team hosted the ‘Pink Party Zumbathon’ on Scottburgh beachfront to raise funds, which was a great success.

“There will be lots of prizes and a great prize for the best dressed couple at the dinner dance,” said Shereen.

There will be great entertainment and good food and it promises to be a fun-filled evening.

Tickets cost R150 per person and there will be a cash bar available.

“Cancer is a reality and during this time we will reflect on those who have lost their battle to cancer, thinking of those who are fighting cancer and honouring those who have survived cancer,” said Neil.

Hospice offers free palliative nursing care to people who need it and support to their families.

To book your tickets for the dinner dance, call Hospice on 039-973-1783 or 083-597-8985 or Shereen on 074-260-4102.
