Heart failure topic at next Mended Hearts support group meeting
Cardiologist will enlighten those who have suffered a cardiovascular disease or stroke event, their families or friends
The next Mended Hearts support group meeting for those who have suffered a cardiovascular disease or stroke event, their families or friends, takes place on Monday, 26 September at 5.30pm at Life Westville Hospital’s conference room at 7 Spine Road, Westville.
The Heart and Stroke Foundation South Africa hosts these support meetings in a bid to touch many lives and in turn, help prevent the devastating effects of cardiovascular disease.
Guest speaker will be Dr PD Bisetty, a cardiologist based at Life Westville Hospital, on the all-important topic of heart failure. Refreshments will be served from 5.30pm and the talk starts at 6pm. For more information call 031-261-9055 or e-mail  dana@heartfoundation.co.za
