Find local workers online

Visit www.dsoc.co.za to find job seekers.

The Durban South Opportunity Centre (DSOC) has moved into the digital realm and its website is up and running.

“At the moment the container in Illovo is closed, as the location was impractical,” said Lee Lewis of the DSOC.

“Now it is much easier to visit our website to find workers online.”

There are various job categories to choose from. “Whether you are looking for a general labourer, chef or caregiver, we have hundreds of applicants on our database.

This is a free service we provide for the community by the community.”

Visit www.dsoc.co.za. Employers need to log in to see job seekers, after registering once-off.

Your name, username, email address and password are required. Your password needs to be at least six characters long, with at least one number and one special character then click the register button at the bottom right of the page.

It is an interactive website, which means job seekers can load their own CVs but if they are not computer literate or don’t have access to a computer, they can call us and we will load it for them.”

For more information, email dsoc@gmail.com or call Lee on 072-677-2727.
