Bags of waste cleared off Baggies

All waste was disposed at the Lovu Landfill Site.

A PARK Rynie company cleaned up Baggies beach on Thursday, 28 July after recent rains left the coastline covered in debris.

“In the aftermath of recent heavy rains, we’re doing our bit for the environment and our company Waste Worx completed a beach clean-up at Baggies beach,” said Waste Worx’s Alexis Loizides.

Eighteen of the company’s staff members tackled the clean-up. “We also supplied a cage body tipper truck and black bags to perform the clean-up,” said Loizides. “All waste collected was transported and disposed at the DSW-owned and operated Lovu Landfill Site.”
