TWO men in the 20s were lucky to escape serious injury when they collided with an oncoming vehicle on their motorbike in Riverside Road on Thursday evening, 7 July.

ER 24 manager Jannes Prinsloo said the 26-year-old and 21-year-old were on their way to church when they crossed into the opposite lane and hit a Hyundai SUV at about 6.45pm.

“Both sustained only minor injuries. ER 24 transported the one patient and Netcare 911 transported the other to Prince Mshiyeni Hospital,” said Prinsloo.
