EDITOR – Toti residents, please help me identify this inconsiderate human being who threw her rubbish into the bush in front of someone else’s house.
This ‘lady’ decided to stop in the road (illegally) and proceeded to throw her rubbish into the bush (illegally). What a disgrace.

I will even offer a small reward to anyone who can help identify her. I know her vehicle now, and the road, and I will make a few passes to try and catch her. What a horrible thing to do. Help me identify her.
