Rate hike for CCPO

The CCPO has not increased its fees for the past three years.

The Community Crime Prevention Organisation (CCPO) regrets an increase in it rates, effective from 1 June.

“Crime in our area has decreased dramatically over the past few months, due to the close working relationship between the law enforcement agencies and ourselves,” said chairman of the CCPO, George Lithgow.

“To maintain our operational success, the CCPO committee has decided to increase the monthly membership.”

The CCPO has not increased its fees for the past three years. Body corporates will increase from R65 to R70, residential from R150 to R160, small businesses from R375 to R400, medium businesses from R750 to R800, larger businesses from R1,500 to R1,600 and pensioners from R120 to R125.

Call the CCPO office on 031-903-7037.
