Little sister saves sibling’s life

Paramedics lauded the little sister's life-saving efforts

A 24-year-old Amanzimtoti woman who allegedly tried to hang herself earlier today (Saturday, 12  March) was saved by her younger sister who cut her loose.

Details surrounding the incident are sketchy, with paramedics who attended the scene citing the need for sensitivity when sharing about the incident on the  Traffic and Crime Toti Whatsapp group.

Vema volunteer paramedic Stu Jeacocks and local ER24 paramedic base manager Jannes Prinsloo attended the scene and lauded the little sister’s life-saving efforts.

The 24-year-old woman was taken to hospital by paramedics.
