- The winner will be contacted telephonically by the festival organisers.
- Winners will need to show some form of identification at the gate to collect their free passes.
- The tickets are for festival entry only, including camping from 17 to 21 April.
- Winners will be responsible for their own transport and need to use their own camping gear.
- Tickets are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- Persons under the age of 18 will only be allowed into Splashy Fen if they are under parental supervision.
