• The winner will be contacted telephonically by the festival organisers.
• Winners will need to show some form of identification at the gate to collect their free passes.
• The tickets are for festival entry only, including camping from 17 to 21 April.
• Winners will be responsible for their own transport and need to use their own camping gear.
• Tickets are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• Persons under the age of 18 will only be allowed into Splashy Fen if they are under parental supervision.
