1. Remember safety first, make surte that th victim is not still attached to any electrical wires. If so, isolate the power before approaching the victim. Call immediately for an ambulance.
2. Monitor the patient’s breathing and heart rate. Start CPR or rescue breathing if required.
3. Control obvious external breathing immediately.
4. Check for any fractures of the extremities or spinal injury.
5. Place the victim in a place of comfort.
6. Raise the victim”s legs 15-30cm as long as the back and legs are not injured.
7. Do not move the victim if any fractures, spinal or head injury is suspected
