SAARP thankful for donations

A BIG thank you to all local businesses for their generosity and willingness to donate towards SAARP’s (South African Association Of Retired Persons) end of year function.

Of the some 200 members there were 101 who attended and received something.

Unfortunately there are always the bigger gifts compared to a notebook and pen, but everything is much appreciated, especially in these sad economic times. SAARP social club meets every second Monday of the month at the Toti library activities room to enjoy a speaker and interaction with like-minded seniors over 50.
