THE Aliwal Theatre presents the ‘Elvis Trilogy’ on 7 November at 8pm.

‘Trilogy’ tells the life story of Elvis Presley by revisiting the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s as Doug takes you on a journey through three major turning points of Elvis’ musical career and features favourites such as ‘That’s Alright Mama’, ‘Blue Suede Shoes’, ‘All Shook Up’, ‘Hound Dog’ and many more.
The superb band is made up of Wade Wight on keyboards and backing vocals; Ollie Hart on piano; Jill Murray Brown on bass guitar; Graham Buckle on drums; Andy Turrell and Bruce Boome on lead guitar; Tammy Saville and Marion Loudon as female vocalists and Kirsty Madgin on saxophone.
The venue opens 60 minutes before the show, and patrons can bring their own food and drinks. Soft drinks, tea and coffee is available, and braais are provided. Entry costs R120 a ticket.
