A LARGE group of lifeguards and other municipal staff are on strike on Toti Main Beach.
The group is chanting and singing in front of the beach office.
Bins have been overturned, a wheelie bin was set alight. Rubbish is strewn in the main beach parking lot, including the grassy patch in front of the restaurant.
Bins have also been overturned on the beach.
Police are present.
Two weeks ago, Toti lifeguards were on a go slow and the beach was temporarily closed
