Electronic goods were stolen.

A TEENAGER was shoved in the bathroom of her Morewood Road, Doonheights home, along with her domestic worker, before two men made off with electronic goods on Thursday, 20 August at about 10.45am.

“The complainant, the domestic worker, was approached by a man in the garden who asked her about someone who resides at the address. She told him that the person did not live there and she did not know who he was talking about,” said Toti SAPS communications officer, Capt Charlene van der Spuy.

Later, when the domestic worker went outside, she was confronted by the same man and a second man. “They forced her and the 17-year-old daughter of the home owner into a bathroom and covered their faces with a towel while they ransacked the house.”

Goods stolen were a Samsung plasma television, Lenovo computer system, Samsung home theatre, Lenovo laptop and a Lumia 830 cellphone.

The men fled in a white, double cab bakkie with an NJ registration number.

During the robbery, no firearms were produced and no injuries were sustained.
