Wildlife sanctuary crows about school’s donation

Two full bakkie-loads will help rehabilitation centre prepare for the busy Spring baby season

The Centre for Rehabilitation of Wildlife (Crow) team was blown away by the generosity shown by staff, pupils and parents of Athlone Park Primary School last week, whose annual donation drive filled up not one but two bakkie loads of much-needed items from the Yellowwood Park-based wildlife sanctuary’s wishlist.

“Their timing could not have been better, with Spring just around the corner baby season is nearly upon us which means lots of little mouths to feed. Thank you Athlone Park Primary for your incredible support,” said a Crow spokesman.
