Comments needed on property rezoning

EDITOR- I am interested to see how many Amanzimtoti residents are aware that if your area is zoned general residential, your neighbor cannot build to any height.

What happened to three storeys? This means that you can infringe on a neighbor’s privacy, views and depreciate the value of their property by building a monstrosity that overshadows their house.

Who changed the rules and when was this done? I am extremely unhappy, as we have a building going up in front of us that is two parking levels, six other levels and a roof level. No more sea view.

How long before this happens near you?

I would like to hear Toti residents comments on this matter.
