Thanks to tyre-change gents

I managed to undo the wheel nuts but could not crank the jack at almost 70-years-old (me, not the nuts).

EDITOR – With regards to my first puncture in 15 years, thank you to Chris from Tabor for his assistance in changing my punctured tyre.

I was on my way to visit a friend in Mooi Hawens when I turned the last corner before the Tabor gate and felt my tyre go flat.

I managed to undo the wheel nuts but could not crank the jack at almost 70-years-old (me, not the nuts).

Chris came to my rescue and before he finished, another gent came by and finished the job for me. I went to wash my hands and when I came back, the gent had gone hence I did not get a chance to thank him. Thank you to both for their help, which was greatly appreciated.
