POLICE are searching for the next-of-kin of Sphihli Khumalo whose body was found underneath N2 highway bridge in Doonside on Sunday, 24 May at about 12.30pm.
“Toti SAPS responded to a complaint of the body under the bridge. Khumalo was pointed out by a friend who indicated that he always slept under the bridge. He was dressed in a green T-shirt and red underwear,” said Toti SAPS communications officer, Capt Charlene van der Spuy.
No visible injuries was found on Khumalo. His body was taken to the Park Rynie mortuary. The cause of death is unknown at this stage.
