FOLLOWING the success of the Christmas tree erected in the amphitheatre at the end of the Toti promenade by Durban South Business Forum and Rbi Tech in December still fresh in the Toti public’s minds, an initiative has been undertaken to install a focus point to commemorate the Easter season.
The cellphone tower base, previously used to support the Christmas tree, has remained in the same location where it supports several spotlights to make the area safer at night.
It will now serve to support a huge cross that should, similar to the Christmas tree, be visible from various angles, for the Easter period.
