Bathroom window access burglars strike in Ridge Road

Henna suspects the thieves used something to 'knock them out'.

A Toti couple is mystified after thieves broke into their Ridge Road residence and stole items while they were sleeping.

Henna Taylor (44) said when her husband Roy (63) got up on Sunday morning, 30 March he noticed their bathroom window open.

“Two cellphones and some cash were missing,” she said. “We didn’t hear anything. Both the phones were on my bedside table.

When we reported it, the police said thieves target bathroom windows to gain access to properties.”

Henna suspects the thieves used something to ‘knock them out’, as she suffers from bad asthma and normally battles to sleep.
