4 Paws open day to give dogs a chance of adoption [PHOTOS]

Are you looking for a four-legged friend.

IF you are looking for a four-legged friend, 4 Paws and a Tale Rescue will be at Pets Deli and Accessories Shop in Scott Street, Scottburgh on Saturday, 7 February from 9.30am until noon, with 10 to 15 dogs that are up for adoption.

Dogs and puppies that will be there include Toffee, Mertle, Bullet, Dixie, Star, Fluffy, Daisy, Redro, Dusty, Meerkat, Bobster, Hope, Kola, Nellie and Nana.

The organisation will also have photos and information on its other dogs and cats up for adoption, including before and after stories and photos.
Nicky and Johnny Koekemoer will be available to give more information on 4 Paws and a Tale Rescue, as well as background on each of the dogs and what sort of homes they are best suited for.

“Feed, love, sterilise and rescue is what we stand for and we would like to use this open day to meet our loyal supporters. The community is the backbone of 4 Paws and a Tale Rescue, and we like to include them in our progress and activities. We are grateful for the donations that we receive towards vets bills, our feeding programme and our sterilisation project. We also thank the local community for donating secondhand items to our charity shop based in Toti. We would not be able to help so many dogs and cats in need if it wasn’t for the South Coast residents who support us,” said Nicky.

Donations of dog and cat food will be welcome on the day.
