Dinner fund amasses over R3,500 this week
The public is urged to support the fund, which will feed stray animals housed at Toti SPCA during the festive season.
With only a week to go until Christmas, the Toti SPCA’s annual Christmas Dinner Fund received a substantial boost this week.
The latest donations include R600 from South Coast PC Golfers of Toti Golf Club ‘in memory of all our beloved animals’, an incredible R2,400 from Margie Hattingh’s Body Action Gym, R100 from Sonia Jarrett “in memory of Bobby who attended all the classes until his death a year ago. We all miss him sorely”, R400 from Tubby and Virginia Waldeck – “thanks to the wonderful people who are the most caring at Toti SPCA”, R200 from Tony Newsom ‘in memory of our dogs and cat Chukkie’, R95.75 from Ria Glen, an anonymous R100 ‘in memory of Goldy’, R200 from Sylvia Hannan ‘in loving memory of the animals who changed our lives – Fatty, Simba, Kirch, Toby and Cheeky’ and R500 from Rishaan Somur ‘merry Christmas to all our furry friends’.

People who wish to contribute to the fund can have a short message printed in the SUN on behalf of a pet.
Send donations either to Toti SPCA or c/o M Prinsloo, 601 Strandburg, PO Box 312, Amanzimtoti, 4125. Cheques must be made out to Toti SPCA.
