Pupils support Hospice, SPCA with donations

The school is thankful to all parents and well-wishers.

Kamalinee Primary School pupils were involved in doing good deeds in honour of former president, Nelson Mandela’s birthday on Friday, 18 July.

The reception grade and grade 2 pupils collected clothing for children and adults, and food hampers, which were delivered to Chatsworth Hospice. Grade 1 pupils collected pet food, which will be donated to Toti SPCA. The grade 3 class was involved in a jumble sale for underprivileged pupils and their parents, while grade 4 to 7 pupils cleaned up the school premises.

“We are thankful to all parents and well-wishers who contributed towards these initiatives,” said principal, Jagatheesan Naidoo.
