Think of Hospice when spring cleaning

Donate unwanted goods to Hospice.

If you are moving house or doing a spring clean, Khanya Hospice is looking for new or second-hand clothing, furniture, bric-a-brac or whatever you have to give away.

“We have three Hospice charity shops where we can put these items up for sale to generate much-needed income,” said CEO, Neil McDonald. “This will help us sustain the work that Khanya Hospice does.”

Hospice offers free palliative nursing care to patients with life-threatening diseases and support to their families. “Our care is free of charge to the patients, but is not free for us to provide,” said Neil.

Hospice thanks everyone who generously give to our shops. Without your donation, it will be difficult for us to provide.”

Hospice is also looking for volunteers to help in its shops. Contact 039-973-0277/1783 or email hospice@scottnet.co.za.

Donations and goods can be dropped off at Verulam Hospice or Ballito donations, call Heleen on 083-656-0864 for directions.
