Multimedia specialist to showcase her skills to artists
The theme for this month's competition is open.
THE Upper South Coast Art Association resumes its activities on Saturday, 15 February in the activities hall of Amanzimtoti library.
The meeting will be preceded by a drawing session from 9am until noon, to which members of the public are invited.
There is no cost for this session but a small fee for refreshments is levied.
The afternoon session will begin at 1.30pm. USCAA’s demonstration will be given by Catherine Stempovski, whose expertise in the art field ranges from mixed media, oils with charcoal, to homemade paper with wood glue. She will have many examples and will show artists how to work with these items. The theme for this month’s competition is open, which means artists have the choice to indulge in whatever media they fancy.
USCAA welcomes newcomers and looks forward to seeing everyone on Saturday.
