Support Wessa’s clean-up campaign

The Wildlife and Environment Society of South Africa (Wessa) clubs of Amanzimtoti and Kingsburgh, in collaboration with Toti Conservancy, urge residents to get behind a campaign to keep local beaches and surrounding areas clean.

“We are aware a lot is being done to beautify our area and ensure our home is well looked after for our residents and that it is attractive to tourists and holidaymakers on which our local economy is dependant,” said Wessa chairman, Chris Skinner.
The clean-up campaign runs throughout September and includes a clean-up day on Saturday, 21 September from 8am to 11am.
“We ask each resident to promote this clean-up campaign in your business, social circle and among your clientele, to get involved on 21 September and notify Wessa or Toti Conservancy of any ‘hot spots’ or service delivery issues you would like to see addressed.”
