Three injured in Toti collision

Three people from the second vehicle, a man and two women were injured.

Three people were injured this morning, Tuesday, 30 April when two vehicles collided on Arbour Road in Amanzimtoti.

ER24 paramedics, along with another emergency service, arrived at 10.45am to find two vehicles on the side of Arbour Road.

“On closer inspection, paramedics discovered the woman driver of one of the vehicles had fortunately escaped injury,” said ER24’s Russel Meiring. “Three people from the second vehicle, a man and two women, were injured.”

Paramedics treated them for their injuries ranging from minor to moderate. They were then transported to various hospitals for further treatment.

The cause of the accident is not yet known, but local authorities will conduct further investigations.
