Busy weekend of hockey for junior academy

On Sunday, 4 September the U7, U8, U9 and U10's participated in an inter-club tournament hosted by Crusaders Club at Northwood High astro turf.

TOTI junior hockey players had a busy weekend of hockey last weekend.

On Friday, 2 September the grades one, two and threes participated in an inter-school tournament hosted by Penzance Primary School, held at the Three Schools Trust astro turf.

The teams did well and scored many goals.

On Sunday, 4 September the U7, U8, U9 and U10’s participated in an inter-club tournament hosted by Crusaders Club at Northwood High astro turf. The competition at club level is stiff but the players were able to hold their own. This is only the second year that Toti has played junior club hockey, and for some it was only their first year, but their hockey has improved game by game. Many spectators remarked on how talented some of the players are, and how much the level of hockey at the club has improved.

Coaches Jess and Kirst are proud of the Toti Junior Academy players and also appreciate the wonderful support from the parents.
