Join the Haven every Tuesday morning in the premises of the NG Kerk on the corner of Dan Pienaar and Frost Street, Amanzimtoti from 9.45am to 11.30am.
THE Haven meets every Tuesday for a lovely time of impartation and fellowship.
When we hear the words ‘garden of Eden’, the first thing that comes to mind is a place of rest, tranquility and peace.
This is the environment that Adam enjoyed, with no stress or sweat and absolute peace. Yet he traded this lifestyle for something more. He was promised that if he gave up this garden lifestyle he could have knowledge of so much more. It wasn’t long after the trade that he realised the ground no longer produced the crops it used to and the garden was not so glamorous anymore. And so the earth began its battle to sustain itself against man, who thought they knew everything. And so we revert to global warming awareness and Greenpeace and so on, but nothing will heal the Earth unless people come to rely on their creator once again.
