Toastmasters leads the way to improved mentoring

This not-to-be-missed workshop is facilitated by Adolph Kaestner, an accomplished speaker and trainer.

AMANZIMTOTI Toastmasters hosts a mentoring workshop on Thursday, 16 June at Amanzimtoti Methodist Church, 3 Dingwall Road, Amanzimtoti from 8am to 1pm.

Don’t make the mistakes that others have.

Rather learn how to avoid them by learning from them. This workshop is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge to be great mentors. This is a key management and leadership skill.

Those in attendance will also be shown how to get the most out of the mentoring process as a mentee and this is a core personal development skill.

Knowing how to be a great mentor and mentee will assist in finding the best ways to achieve the goals you set for yourself, without having to make all the mistakes others have made before you. It’s the smart way to learn. This not-to-be-missed workshop is facilitated by Adolph Kaestner, an accomplished speaker and trainer. He represented South Africa in a Toastmasters speech contest in 1996, headed up Southern African Toastmasters in 1988/89 and has been a trainer for the Toastmasters Leadership Institute since 2003.

This event is open to all but booking is essential as there is limited space. Cost is R100 for Toastmaster members, excluding lunch, and R200 for non-Toastmasters. To book, call Tracy Smith on 082-302-6741 or email trasles16@gmail.com
