Entrepreneurs to empower youth workshop

A youth empowerment workshop takes place at Linkwali community hall on Friday, 6 November from 10am to 4.30pm.
The day will feature guest speaker, Zibu Mthiyane of Richards Bay, a businesswoman and CEO of the Zoluhle Polymerics company and Ibutho Youth Organisation.
“I have also invited successful people in other industries to come and share their stories to motivate the youth of our community,” said organiser, Mbongele Mzimela.
Included on the bill are Nonhlanhla Nyathikazi, an entrepreneur and mentor to large corporations; December Mpanza, an UKZN occupational therapist; Scelo Mncube, a life coach and motivational speaker; Lindo Ngema, an entrepreneur, and Andiswa Sihiya of the IT industry.
“There will also be entertainment after the speakers and we invite all the unemployed youth of ward 2 to come and listen to these speakers,” said Mbongele.
There is no cover charge.
“We also invite pupils from various local schools, as this will be beneficial to them.”
