TOTI SAPS made 24 arrests for various crimes from Monday to Sunday, 13 to 19 July.
One person was arrested for assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm; two for residential housebreaking; two for robbery; one for malicious damage to property and five for shoplifting.
In drug crimes, three people were nabbed for possession of dagga.
One person was arrested in possession of presumed stolen property; one for general theft; one for disturbance; two for urinating in public; two for walking on the N2 highway and three for traffic-related offences.
During the same period police recovered a car radio, laptop and a hydraulic jack.
