Hospice needs shop volunteers

Khanya Hospice seeks volunteers to help in any of its shops, particularly in the Umzinto Shop.
“People just have to offer a morning or day per week – that will be most welcome,” said Khanya Hospice CEO, Neil McDonald.
The Umzinto shop, located behind the petrol station in Main Road, has been a hive of activity. “It has been hectically busy lately,” said Neil. “Kind people have come forward and donated good quality goods, which are then put up for sale in any one of our four Hospice shops. This helps us to sustain the free nursing care that Hospice is doing in the area, as we are not government-funded.”
