Paws to assist animal NGO

They also have some wonderful Christmas decorations and gifts at the shop.

THE 4 Paws and a Tale drop-off point at Cottage Craft, 34 Barrow Street in Umkomaas, has been a hive of activity during the past few weeks.

Not because of food deliveries but because Trish has been busy fostering tiny kittens and a mommy cat who were all to be euthanased but were saved by a caring vet and given to 4 Paws and a Tale. She is also fostering a small, busy but very intelligent puppy.

Trish has opened not only her heart, but her home to 4 Paws and a Tale Rescue and the organisation earnestly asks everyone in and around Umkomaas to donate food, blankets, empty ice cream containers and food bowls, which can be dropped off at Trish’s shop. If you cannot get your goodies there, call Nicky on 084-626-5508 and she will arrange to collect.

The charity shop is situated in Amanzimtoti at Ipahla Centre, call 031-903-1223. Anything in good condition that you don’t need, they will gladly take.

They also have some wonderful Christmas decorations and gifts at the shop. All proceeds go towards the ‘love, feed, sterilise’ programme that 4 Paws runs, so by supporting the shop, you support their important cause.
