R1,000 in prize money for pet-friendly beauty
Beauty needed as ambassador for 4 Paws and a Tale Rescue.
A PRIZE purse of R1,000 is up for grabs in the Miss 4 Paws pageant organised by 4 Paws and a Tale Rescue.
If you are between the ages of 14 and 20-years-old, enter the competition along with your four-legged friend. The winner will be crowned on Saturday, 26 April at 2pm at Pahla Centre (next to Kip McGrath) outside ‘Tale End’, the organisation’s charity shop.
If you love animals and are up for the challenge of being an ambassador for the animal welfare organisation, why not enter and give back to the community via a non-profit organisation? 4 Paws does sterling work of feeding, sterilising and taking care of pets in the rural areas.
Entrants should email a photo of themselves with their pets, along with a 100-word paragraph on their ideas to promote 4 Paws and why should they should be chosen as an ambassador to jennyb@dbn.caxton.co.za. Full names and age must be included. Closing date for photo entries is Tuesday, 22 April. The photos will be published on the Sun’s website www.southcoastsun.co.za.
Entry fee is R25 per person. Deposit the money in the following account: 4 Paws and a Tale Fundraising, First National Bank Scottburgh, account number 6244-342-4990, branch code, 220-227. Entrants should use their full name as a reference.
