Club champs to be named after Tandy Cup tennis
Social tennis continues on club days.
AMANZIMTOTi Tennis Club Tandy Cup competition will be held on Saturday, 7 December.
The draw for partners will take place at 12.45pm for a 1pm start.
Format will be a mixed doubles round robin. Take along a plate of snacks for the afternoon. There is still time to enter your name on the players list on the notice board.
At 7pm there will be a prize-giving for the winners and club champions will be crowned as well. Stay and enjoy a pre-Christmas get together.
Members are invited to take along their families to share this time. Snacks will be available.
A list is on the notice board for players who are keen to participate in the mixed doubles league events to enter their names for selection. Although this league is only in February 2014, it will give the match secretary an idea of the number of teams the club can enter. Members are encouraged to make themselves available for the 2014 league events.
