Non-profit nominates new vice-chairperson

Lyn Hazell is well known in the community and is a perfect fit for the position.

THE Kingsburgh Child and Family Welfare (KCFW) recently held its annual general meeting (AGM) where Lyn Hazell was nominated as the new vice-chairperson. KCFW’s chairperson, Jenny Smith, said the AGM was held in Warner Beach.

“Lyn is well known and loved in the community, and I wish her a long association with the society,” said Jenny.

As a charity organisation, the KCFW relies on the support of the community to enable them to assist those in need.

Donations of non-perishable food or household items can be dropped off at their charity shop at 2 Hall Road, in Warner Beach, on weekdays (except Wednesdays) between 08:00 and 12:00.
