Business indaba held in KwaMakhutha

The aim of the event was to bring business people together so they could share ideas.

SAKHA Isizwe FM hosted its first business indaba and seminar in KwaMakhutha on March 31 at Siphumelele Community Hall.

Organiser, Thandeka Madlala Khathi, said the main aim of the event was to bring business people together so they could share ideas and promote their businesses.

“The event was a success, and people learnt a lot from each other. Entrepreneurship knowledge is vital if you want to sharpen your business skills,” said Thandeka.

She said that the indaba is going to be an annual event as there is still a great need to develop formal and informal businesses in townships as well as in rural areas.
