Toti High ends season on a high

All Amanzimtoti High School first teams had good games.

IT was a good weekend for sports at Amanzimtoti High School after its first teams played some good games in various sports disciplines.

On March 4, the school hosted Durban’s St Henry’s Marist College for the matrics’ final games for high school. In cricket, the Toti boys lost by 6 wickets after playing an impressive game.

The girls’ first indoor hockey team won their game 6–1. This was also the matrics’ last indoor hockey fixture for the school.

On March 3, the first rugby boys’ team played against George Campbell School of Technology at the Gelofte Night Series and won 7–5.

The cricket team had also started the month with a brilliant 47-run victory over Durban North Boys College on March 1. In that match, Vincent Viljoen scored a fantastic 74 not out. The school thanked the players, managers and coaches for the good results.
