The event will open with a business opportunities networking day, followed by three exhibition days. Panel discussions will cover topics that impact Africa’s tourism sector, ranging from the future of travel in the pandemic era to mobility on the continent.

Carla Antoniazzi, the co-founder of hospitality sales and marketing representation group Unlimited Destinations, said returning to Indaba means the company can create business opportunities once again.

“It is wonderful for everyone to meet under one roof not only to connect with the buyers, but also to catch up with our fellow colleagues from all over the world. Indaba is a wonderful show with lots of energy. It is a fantastic place to enthusiastically network and work towards kick-starting tourism again,” said Carla.

She added that she expects to see more products geared towards responsible and sustainable tourism at this year’s event.
