Poinsettia Park residents grateful to community heroes [LETTER]

The looting and rioting was a very trying time, however, it was also a time in which we were able to experience the goodness of the human spirit.

EDITOR – On behalf of the residents of Poinsettia Park Retirement Centre, the executive committee, management and staff, thank the community for taking care of our safety and for the very generous donations received from many different sources, during the difficult time experienced in our country.

It was a very trying time, however, it was also a time in which we were able to experience the goodness of the human spirit.

You will never know how much you touched our hearts with your amazing acts of kindness. We were able to assist our residents and others, and for this, we thank you very much.

With grateful thanks to amazing, caring and kind people who helped ease a very difficult burden.
HENRI AND WENDY LLOYD
