CCPO recovers stolen vehicle

A stolen vehicle was travelling on Dickens road, Athlone Park on Tuesday, August 31.

CCPO has made several recoveries this week.

Information was received from ET Rapid Response and Bidtrack, of a stolen vehicle travelling on Dickens road, Athlone Park on Tuesday, August 31.

“CCPO, ET Rapid, SAPS Central K9 and an off duty K9 member responded. The vehicle was recovered abandoned near KwaMakhutha by SAPS K9, Bidtrack, ET Rapid and CCPO,” said committee member, George Snodey.

Meanwhile, a housebreaking occurred in Bonaventura Avenue at about 17:20 on Thursday, August 26. Members of CCPO attended the scene.

“Suspects forced the driveway gate and security gate. A TV and microwave were stolen.”
