Take note – Amanzimtoti SPCA temporarily closed due to Covid-19 exposure

The Amanzimtoti SPCA will be closed to the public for the next 10 days.

Amanzimtoti SPCA will be temporarily closed after a staff member was infected with Covid-19.

“We found out on Monday, July 5 that one of our staff members was exposed to Covid-19 for a significant amount of time over the weekend. Unfortunately, this means that we have potentially all been exposed. Take note if you visited our SPCA recently. We do take every precaution, and are so sorry this has happened,” states a release issued by the organisation.

The Amanzimtoti SPCA will be closed to the public for the next 10 days.

“Our charity shop on our premises will also be closed. Our Warner Beach and Scottburg Charity shops will remain open. We have sent our staff with comorbidities home, and will be running the SPCA with minimum staff over the next 10 days.”
